How do I create an account?
Download the Tellvi app or open tellvi.com and sign up with your phone, email, or Google account.
How do coins and gifts work?
Coins are Tellvi’s in-app currency, bought through the app stores. Use them to send gifts to creators during videos and live streams. See the Coin Policy.
How do creators earn money?
Creators receive diamonds from gifts and can access monetization programs. Eligible earnings can be withdrawn after verification. See the Creator and Withdrawal policies.
How do I report someone or something?
Tap the ••• menu on any video, comment, live stream, or profile and choose Report. Our moderation team reviews every report.
How do I block or mute a user?
Open a user’s profile, tap the ••• menu, and choose Block or Mute. Blocked users can’t interact with you.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account in the app or web, or visit tellvi.com/settings/delete-account. See the Account Deletion Policy.
Is Tellvi safe for everyone?
Tellvi requires a minimum age and restricts sensitive features to adults. We enforce our Community Guidelines and remove harmful content.
