Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Tellvi respects the intellectual property rights of artists, musicians, filmmakers, and creators. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright directives.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on Tellvi infringes your work, submit a notice to copyright@tellvi.com containing:

  • Physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Specific URL or in-app link locating the allegedly infringing material.
  • Your contact details: legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement affirming your good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.
  • 2. Submitting a Counter-Notice

    If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to copyright@tellvi.com.

    3. Repeat Infringer Policy

    Tellvi enforces a strict three-strike repeat infringer policy. Accounts found to repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights will have their accounts permanently terminated.
