Youth Safety & Minor Protection
Protecting young people is our highest ethical obligation. Tellvi enforces specialized age gates, privacy settings, and automated protections designed specifically for youth safety.
1. Strict Age Gating
Tellvi requires users to be at least 13 years old. We use automated signals and proactive reviews to identify and remove underage accounts.
Users aged 13 to 17 have default restricted messaging settings and are prohibited from accessing adult dating, coin purchases, and creator cash payouts.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)
Tellvi maintains absolute zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any form of child exploitation.
Any detected CSAE material is hashed, permanently expunged, and immediately escalated to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and international law enforcement agencies.

Parents and guardians who have concerns about an account or content involving a minor can reach our dedicated safety officers directly at safety@tellvi.com.
