Safety Center & Overview
Welcome to the Tellvi Safety Center. At Tellvi, we believe creativity thrives when our community feels protected, respected, and heard. This hub provides full transparency into our safety architecture, proactive AI-assisted moderation, community guidelines, and reporting mechanisms.
1. Our Core Safety Pillars
Safety by Design: Every feature—from short Pulse videos to Unified Clubs (Channel, Lounge, and Voice Room), dating discovery, and live streaming—is built with proactive privacy and security safeguards.
Zero Tolerance for Harm: We strictly prohibit hate speech, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), sexual harassment, non-consensual imagery, violent extremism, self-harm promotion, and predatory conduct.
Fair and Transparent Enforcement: We combine automated AI-assisted scanning with human Trust & Safety review teams to enforce our standards proportionally and impartially.
Empowered User Controls: You always have full control to mute, block, restrict accounts, filter comment keywords, control message requests, and report violations.
2. How Tellvi Enforces Policies
Proactive Automated Scanning: Computer vision and natural language models scan public Pulse videos, audio transcripts, captions, and profile photos for harmful material.
Human Review Moderation: Flagged content and user reports are triaged by human Trust & Safety reviewers for context-sensitive evaluation.
Progressive Strike System: Violations receive warnings, content takedowns, temporary live/monetization restrictions, or permanent account expulsion.
Appeals Process: If you believe content was flagged in error, our in-app appeals workflow allows swift human re-review.
3. Youth & Minor Protection
Tellvi requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. Accounts belonging to children under 13 are immediately terminated upon discovery.
Users aged 13 to 17 have default restricted messaging settings and are prohibited from accessing adult dating discovery, purchasing virtual coins, and receiving creator cash payouts.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is never tolerated and is reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
