Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Tellvi. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain full intellectual property ownership of the original content you create and publish on Tellvi.

To operate the service, you grant Tellvi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, adapt, display, distribute, deliver, and recommend your content across our platforms and associated marketing channels.

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating, improving, providing, and promoting Tellvi and terminates when you delete your content or account, subject to standard backup caching.

Tellvi Clubs combine Channel broadcasts, Lounge group messaging, and live Voice Rooms in ONE community space.

Club owners and administrators are responsible for moderating their members and enforcing Tellvi Community Guidelines. Tellvi reserves the right to remove clubs that foster abusive or illegal conduct.

Coins are virtual digital licenses with no cash value outside of the platform. Purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable except where mandated by statutory consumer protection laws.

Creators earn Diamonds from virtual gifts, which may be redeemed for cash payouts in accordance with the Creator Payout & Withdrawal Policy.

Tellvi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tellvi Inc., its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, content takedowns, or third-party conduct.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing law without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration or in competent courts of jurisdiction, as determined by company counsel.
