These guidelines describe how Tellvi Inc. evaluates, processes, and responds to official legal requests and subpoenas from law enforcement and government authorities worldwide.
1. Standard Legal Process Requirements
We disclose non-public user data only in response to valid, legally binding court orders, search warrants, or subpoenas issued by competent jurisdictions.
All official requests must be transmitted via official government email domains to lawenforcement@tellvi.com.
Tellvi strictly adheres to the principle of minimal disclosure, providing only the narrow scope of data compelled by the legal order.
2. Emergency Situations Involving Imminent Danger
In emergency circumstances involving imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to any person, law enforcement officers may submit an expedited Emergency Request specifying the urgency and critical facts.
3. No Backdoors or Undisclosed Access
Tellvi does not build backdoors or bulk surveillance taps into its systems. Every legal disclosure is individually authenticated, reviewed by legal compliance officers, and logged in an immutable audit registry.
