Tellvi Coins are virtual tokens used to support creators through digital gifts and special badges. This policy governs coin purchases and usage.
1. Purchase of Virtual Coins
Coins are purchased directly through authorized mobile app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) or official web checkout. Coin prices and bundle discounts are displayed prior to purchase.
2. Nature of Virtual Coins
Coins represent a limited, revocable, non-transferable digital license. Coins are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed back into fiat currency by the buyer.
Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws.
3. Fraud & Chargeback Protection
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, purchasing coins with stolen credentials, or participating in money-laundering gifting rings will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.
