Creator Payout & Withdrawal Policy
This policy defines how eligible creators withdraw their accumulated earnings from Diamonds into verified bank accounts or digital payout providers.
1. Identity & Compliance Verification (KYC)
Before initiating your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (government ID verification) and provide accurate tax information as required by financial regulations.
2. Payout Infrastructure & Supported Corridors
Creator payouts are routed through our authorized payment partner Flutterwave Inc. Payout corridors include bank transfers and mobile money in supported currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR, etc.).
For Nigerian bank transfers, account names are automatically verified against bank records before transfer dispatch.
3. Minimum Thresholds & Processing Timelines
The minimum withdrawal amount is $25.00 USD (or local currency equivalent).
Standard payouts are processed within 3 to 5 business days after undergoing automated security and fraud checks.
4. Security Holds & Audits
Tellvi reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 14 days if an account is under investigation for bot engagement, chargebacks, copyright violations, or guideline infractions.
